Yes, we usually ask for a $50 deposit to secure your spot. This amount is applied to the final balance after the service is completed. Please note, the deposit is non-refundable in case of cancellation.
On average, our cleanings take about 3 hours, but depending on the size of the home and type of service, it can take up to 10 hours.
No, you don't need to be home. We just need clear instructions on how to access and lock up the property.
We provide a 1-hour arrival window to account for traffic or unexpected delays.
Since cleaning is a service that has already been performed, we don't offer refunds. However, if you're not satisfied, you have 24 hours to report any issues, and we'll come back to make it right.
Yes. If your cleaning is already scheduled and happens to fall on a holiday, we'll be there as planned. If you'd like to reschedule, just let us know in advance. For new bookings on a holiday, availability may vary, please contact us to check our schedule.
We offer several options so you can choose what works best for you: credit card (deposit charged at booking, balance after cleaning), cash at the time of service, invoice with online card payment, PayPal, Zelle, or Venmo.
For regular cleanings, cancellations or reschedules with at least 48 hours notice are free. With less than 24 hours notice, 50% of the cleaning fee will be charged. For new bookings, the $50 deposit is required to secure your spot and is non-refundable. For no-shows, if our team arrives and cannot access the property, the full cleaning fee will be charged.
Pricing is based on the size of your home, the type of cleaning and the frequency of service. We also take into account the home's features. Extra services may also affect the price.
No, we bring everything. But if you want to supply certain items (like special cleaners or if you have pets with special needs), you're welcome to.
Yes. Recurring cleanings are priced lower because the home is maintained more often. Monthly and One-time cleanings take more time and effort, so the rate is higher.
Yes! If you're a regular client and you refer someone who also signs up for regular cleanings, you'll receive a $50 discount on your next cleaning. (One-time credit per referral.)
Our office is open Monday through Friday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM. Our cleaning teams are available Monday through Saturday, 8:00 AM - 6:00 PM.
We do our best to send the same team each time for consistency. Occasionally, if your regular cleaner is unavailable, another member of our team may replace them but the quality will always remain the same. If you prefer to wait for your usual cleaner, just let us know and we'll be happy to reschedule instead of sending someone new.

Yes. We work with eco-friendly products, but some cleanings may require stronger solutions to achieve the high-quality results our clients expect. If you have allergies or prefer that we only use eco-friendly products, please let us know at the time of booking.
Yes! Our company has a signature fragrance that makes our cleanings feel extra special and our clients love it. You can even purchase it for your home; just ask one of our cleaners and we'll provide it for you. If you have allergies or prefer a fragrance-free cleaning, let us know at booking.
Light organization is included to ensure a better cleaning. If you'd prefer that we don't move your personal items, let us know at booking. Professional organizing services are not included, but we can provide them as an add-on for an extra fee.
In our standard cleaning, the only outdoor area included is the entryway to your home. If you'd like us to clean balconies, backyards, garages, decks, or other exterior areas, please let us know at booking so we can provide an estimate and schedule it.
Yes! We love to spoil our loyal clients. When we reach your one-year anniversary of regular cleanings, we gift you a special add-on service such as a deep clean of your fridge and oven.
